Opening cocktail at the Musée des Beaux-Arts on Tuesday, July 1 from 7pm to 10:30pm

A welcome cocktail will be organized at the Musée des Beaux-Arts. This moment of exchange between the participants will take place in the charming garden of the museum, accompanied by a free visit to the sumptuous chapel that houses the collection of sculptures of the museum.
The event will take place at the Museum of Fine Arts

Discovery of Lyon on Wednesday, July 2 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Option 1. Visit of Lyon: treasure hunt
You can participate in an interactive tour in the form of a great trail game to discover the city of Lyon and its history. The tour will start at 2:30pm at different starting points and will end at 5:30pm in Place Albon
Access: 5 minutes from the 'Hôtel de Ville' station where you can take the metro line A.

Option 2. Confluence Museum
Second possible outing, a guided tour organized at the Musée des Confluences, one of the emblematic museums of Lyon from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Two tours will be offered, one in English and one in French. After 3:30 p.m., you can visit the museum freely.

Gala Dinner Wednesday, July 2 from 8pm to 11pm

Option 1. Bateaux Lyonnais
From 8pm to 11pm, you can take a seat on board the Hermes II boat for a dinner cruise on the Rhone and the Saône rivers to discover the emblematic landscapes of Lyon. Boarding will take place at 13 bis quai Rambaud.
Acces: 'Perrache' station.
Registration is required to participate in this event, limited places.

Option 2. Botani Café
The Botani restaurant is ideally located on the banks of the Rhone and it offers a breathtaking view of the Hôtel Dieu. This dinner will be held from 8pm to 11pm.

AI Breakfast on Friday, July 4 from 8am at Lyon City Hall (Hôtel de Ville)

The event will feature a roundtable discussion on the topic: “The Role of Fundamental Research in the Age of LLMs.”

We are honored to present the speakers for this roundtable:
- Laurent Daudet: Professor at Université Paris Cité, Co-CEO and Co-founder at LightOn
- Véronique Maume Deschamps: Professor at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, Director of the Institut Camille Jordan, and Director of the Agency for Mathematics in Interaction with Business and Society from 2018 to 2022
- Eric Moulines: Professor at École Polytechnique, Member of the French Academy of Sciences

The roundtable will be moderated by Julien Jacques, Professor at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Director of the ERIC laboratory.
